"Authentic Self in an AI Era: Empowering Mind, Body, Emotions, and Spirit through Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Creative Expression" is a four-part workshop series designed to cultivate authenticity and personal growth across the dimensions of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Each workshop integrates mindfulness practices, self-compassion approaches, and creative activities to foster deep self-awareness and emotional resilience in an era where AI influences identity and self-perception.

  • Mind (Writing for Wellness): Reflective and creative writing practices help participants clarify their thoughts and sense of self, promoting authenticity in the face of AI influences.

  • Body (Mindful Art): Mindful movement and creative expression reconnect participants with their bodies, encouraging emotional awareness and somatic self-compassion.

  • Emotions (Be You Tees): A creative t-shirt repurposing activity empowers participants to express their emotions and embrace vulnerability with compassion.

  • Spirit (Visioning Your Authentic Self): Vision board creation guides participants in aligning their spiritual values and intentions, fostering authenticity and self-compassion.

This series provides participants with tools to integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and creativity into their everyday lives, empowering them to navigate challenges with authenticity and emotional depth.
